Refund Policy – Open Care Pharma

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Order not received – If your order does not arrive within the advertised delivery timeframe (subject to postal/courier delays), we will investigate and may issue a refund or reshipment.
- Incorrect product sent – If you received the wrong item, we will either reship the correct product or offer a refund once the incorrect product is returned (unopened and in original packaging).
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Delays caused by customs clearance in your country (outside our control).
Process for Refunds

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & Reshipments
If your product qualifies for replacement, we will arrange a free reshipment at no additional cost to you.
